Some sweet news, some exiting news and some sad news.
I will start with the sweet news:
The sweet news is named "Leo".
His Sunday name is FI*Keskimaan TMNT Leonardo, and he is a black classic tabby OSH boy.
He went home with us from Denmark when we delivered Hidalgo to Hanna - who is also Leo's breeder.
Leo is Carolynn's daughters new little boy, and hopefully destiny will play nice this time, with no future spraying after neutering, so she can have her couddle boy forever.
I am just babysitting him until Christmas, and it's a joy to have him around us.
But in future we have plans to use Leo in our breeding programme, and we are looking forward for it.
Thanks alot Hanna, for this purr purr purr purring personality :-))
The exiting news :
Early tomorrow morning will Carolynn, her sister and another friend take the flight to L.A - USA.
Christmas shopping? Probably, but the main reason for their trip is to deliver another Attack's baby.
Earlier this Autum, Divas new owner came to Norway to take Diva with her home. She fell so in love with my little torties. And after some thinking, I said she could buy Coctail, since Coctails original pet plan in future will not be the plan during personal circumstances.
I choose Coctail for her. Only because her sister is a tiny closer to my heart.
One thing is for sure, Divas mommy will have alot of cat from me. There are billions of "ants" in Coctail's body - she does never sit still. And she prefer to run and jump or climb instead of walking :-))
So I wish Coctail all the best in her new home, and I am a bit envy of the girls and the trip - but I hope there will be a time in the future I can take such a trip too.
Have alot of fun over there - girls , and I am looking forwards for all the updates when you are home again.
Maybe you will see Coctail at cat shows over there in future as well? Diva is doing very well over there at CFA shows :-)
The sad news :
Little Gandalf who came to us together with his brother from von Wirtzheim Cattery in Germany in late Sept - 14 is no longer with us.
From day 1 he was vometing , and when he came home to us on day 2 he started to vometing blood as well.
Noone of the brothers knew how to chew food, or to eat quality food - so they had to learn it step by step.
Gandalf did not became better, only worse, so he was not many days in my home before both the brothers moved to Carolynn - close to the Vet. Just to mention, brother Ainur has never been sick.
They found some of Gandalfs problems and tried to treat them, but he got thinner and thinner.
It was with tears in my eyes for every visit I had in Kristiansand - visiting this skeleton of a cat :-(
His brother took very good care of him, but Gandalf used most of his energy to sleep, or to sit close to a human for love and contact.
We tought day by day, should we let him go, or give him a chance. Every time we tought of put him down he got a little stronger.
In late Nov we choose to let him go.
And the autophsi showed us it was the right dessision :-(
We will always keep you close to our heart, Gandalf.
We are happy we got the chance to know you and your sweet and tender personality.
But we have lost all the respect for the breeder who didn't bother to keep in touch while the little boy was fighting his battle and for many other reasons as well - shame shame shame on you, and hope it will be a long time until we come in contact with such a selfish person again.
