Kittens - guestroom - plans

On Friday I will have visit of my local Vet.
When he leaves Mocca will sleep well, and later on when he wakes up he will be a happy neuter.
We had neutering plans earlier, but my plans and my Vet's plans couldn't combine.

Mocca has developed in to a HUGE baby boy. He is already over 2 kg.
His new mommy is waiting for him, and probably in end of this month he will move. We will miss him dearly, especially my son.

Our 2 beautiful white girls will of course not move anywhere.

Sparkling White has develpoped in to a big extreme girl. We hope of course her eye can be fixed when she is all grown up, but she has no problems with it so ever. Hunting bugs, chasing her "siblings". And always happy with no pain.

White Cover is so much alike her mother in personality. Such a happy go lucky girl. And she is so beautiful with her special eyes.
I was told it was a defect and she should not be includet in our breeding program. So we double checked it.
It is aloud. In breeding she will be a odd eyed and if we decide to show her she will be a green eyed.
So maybe we have to go to some shows with her in the future, so others also can meet our unik little girl?

Today my guestroom is all done. It has taken alot of time, because nice friends who has helped me has also their things to do in between helping me.
The very last thing to do was to put back the electicity.
So now I can finally share some pictures with you all. I have choosen grey and orange.
I hope guests will sleep very well now when they are visiting us ;-)
(It will also be used as nursery room after birth before future babies will move down in the kitchen.)

Mindy( Dreamcather) has also been checking , it is fully safe.

We are still waiting for our beautiful siamese to call, but she still think it is more importing to be a good auntie!

And guess what? The Summer decidet to come back. So the dogs are very lazy at daytime, but full of activity during the evenings.

After Mocca has left to his new forever home, it is time for Mercy and Mindy to leave for their new homes. And Tia of course. We had to change our plans for her leaving back to her home, but she will also leave us soon.
So I will continue making pictures for my next update. Hopefully during September.

Summer rushed by and Autumn came.

My updates on my HP have not been good this Summer.
I have been working and working. Now I have my short holiday for 2 weeks.  It's nice to stay home with all my furry charmers.

During the summer I have been fixing here and there - by help of a friend.
So my dogs got a nice outside run to stay in when I am not home. New house and roof as well - they are very happy.
I have a wall on my porch, so I got some privatcy, and we have also done a total makeover on a room upstairs. I can't wait to show you. Just tiny thing left to fix.
It will be a nice guestroom and also a nice nursery room.

We even got a new sofa - 15 years since last bought - we all love it. Now there is plenty of space for everyone.

Summer in Norway is always full of sureprises - and this year we have had few sunny days.
A lovely sunny weekend in July :

And few weeks later we actually needet to bring life to our fireplace to keep the house warm!! It was cosy, the cats loved the evening and was after a while crowed around it.

Our very special always beloved Tiger has also spend some weeks here with us this Summer. It didn't take very long until he was back in "Uncle-hood".

As breeders we always learn something new, and this time it has been very interesting.
We got our white babygirls, and during their developing I was crossing fingers that at least one of the girls could be an odd eyed.
Their babyblue eyes started to change , but instead of turing green it stoppet. This was so strange.
We waited another week, and then another , but nope - it was still so strange.

After a while we got probably the right answer to it, thanks to another breeder in Australia.
I just copy and past her words : This is Sectoral Heterochromia....2 colours within the one eye. Happens in some white orientals and high white bicolour
It stays this way. Sometimes it is bilateral and sometimes it is unilateral.

It is so unik and beautiful! I love it.
Her halfsister got it too, but her eyes got most blue.

Now we are hoping some of our girls soon decide to call. Especially our pure siamese girl "Ziva". We got so exiting plans for her!
But she has been very buisy after she decidet to adopt our keeper kittens and Mocca. Then of course there was no time of thinking of any suitable boyfriend ;-)
I bought here a bodysuit and we can always hope the decide to call - but the cats has always the last word ;-)

I hope my next update will be right around the corner.
