Our kittens are 6 and 7 w old.

The kittens were not long freely in the kitchen. A short week.
Who's fault was that?
Again, Geisha Girl of course, and this time she learn her escape trick to her brother Rocketman and also Tuxedo.
I don't have time to argue with them, since they are always using the cat toilets now.

I did take away our very big scratching tree, and then it is safe for them to stay in the smallest livingroom as well.
And the result? Even more happy kittens :-)) Wrooom wroooom!!

But even buisy kittens need some rest sometime.

The new most popular place in our home  is under the heat pump. We all love it, and no regrets of installing it in February this year.

Kittens are 5 and 6 w old.

As usually, time flies!

The kittens are growing so fast, and changing day by day.
I had the kittens in a little kitten-run in the kitchen a short period.  They were so clever, learning to use the toilet.
One day, the naughtiest in the litter , Geisha Girl, understood how to escape.
It resulted in that she did not want to climb back inside it.
Therfor Ziva and Pepsi helped the other 4 over, so the kittens could stay together.

Down in my basement I went - to get more toilets placed in the kitchen.
The kittens got suddenly the whole kitchen to run freely in - so so happy and satisfied.

Everyone is now eating raw and wet , got their own little radio so they can listen to music and talking when I am not at home.
But when I am home, they all demand me to come sit on the floor to snuggle with them - many times a day. I defently don't mind doing that.
All 5 have very sweet personalities and are so friendly and outgoing. Like we always want them to be, of course.


Yesterday they also said hello to Jesse , but I did only made pics with 2 of the boys together with him.
Jesse  loves kittens so much, and as he is less "puppish" now, he is so gentle with them. We haven't introduced the dogs to the kittens before, this time , because Pepsi has made it clear that no Jesse is aloud in the kitchen .( Cookie is aloud, but she is the calm one of them)
She is such a good mother, but a bit too protective, like some first-time mothers can be.
Pepsi loves the dogs as well.
So yesterday, it was ok to say hello to the dogs - with strict supervision from both me and Pepsi.
In few weeks the dogs will be babysitting all the naughty sweethearts when they will run freely on the 1.floor.

Rocketman , pet home , can be shown if wanted , he is also very nice in type and has no defects.  6 w old on the pics.  He is a little happy tornado, that talks ALOT and is our little stamp. He loves sitting in our lap to snuggle and be kissed after eaten. If he could decidet, he would love to by carried around all day.  

Auntie Mocha is also very satisfied that the "kindergarden" finally has been opened.

Happy spoiled neuter to be

Tiger is now 6.5 years old, and has a had quite a journey.
He was born together with 5 other siblings, but everything that could get wrong happened.
Some amazing Sacred Birman breeders opened up their home and hearts.
It was his only chance to survive while we struggled to save his precious mother.

A mircacle happened, actually two. Both mother and son made it, thankfully to wonderful people around them both.

Tiger  moved home again to me ( Veena) when he was some weeks old, and was reunited with his mother.
Later he moved to Carolynn and her family to have a permanent loving home.

Tiger became an adult, and we were so exited and full of plans and dreams for our breeding programme.
But Tiger had other plans .... he was apparently waiting for the right girl.
With some suprelorin chips  we held our hope up, between every time he became fertile again.
We offered him sevreal of females, but nope.
Until one day the right one suddenly walked in trough the door :D

9 weeks later his first ( and only) litter was born.
9 kittens, 6 survived.

Tiger had a new suprelorin chip,  and is now fertile again as I am writing.
We don't know if he would be interested if we did give him a female for mating, but at this present we don't have any girl for him.
Therfor we have decidet to get him neutred, so he can have a pampered good life away from all the hormones.

We have his daughter Stella in our breeding programme, and another daughter, Georgia in our friends breeding programme.
They have again each daughter who will hopefully be a part of the future breeding programmes.

Thank you Tiger for the beautiful litter you gave us.
Thank you for all the years before, babysitting many other kittens ,even 2 feral kittens.
And all the best for you, our special special boy, when you soon will be a happy neuter boy.
We love you to the moon and back.

Monday, August 20th is the neuter day.

Summerbabies - thank you Ziva !

 The matings with Mario in Spring gave us result some weeks ago.
And we love every single one of them .
We mated Stella and Pepsi , and Ziva.  The only mating we heard from upstairs was from the oriental girls. We were so unsure about Ziva for sevreal of weeks. But it turned out she probably hadn't matet at all.
We heard roomers after, that relatives of the boy doesn't like siamese girls :D
Anyway, that doesn't matter . We have lot's of other plans for Ziva later. At the moment, she has not time for any boyfriend, because she is working .....

While we were waiting for Stellas babies , the week before was extremly long.
Because Stella was huge as a house and heavy.  She is herself from a big litter, so I was so sure she had 6 or more in her belly. Therfor of course I asumed the birth wanted to start early.
But no ! Day 68!
Carolynn was with her, while I had my last working day before I had 2 w with holiday from work.
2 beautiful babies were born when I came home.
It was a very difficult birth. The girl came with her back first, so Carolynn manage to get the baby in the right birth position , but it was very painful for Stella.
Then the boy got his head stuck and Carolynn had to screw him gently out.
Both kittens came out alive with no damages , and we avoidet C-section.

I came home from my work that Friday, shortly after both were born.
Stella with Ziva by her side - Ziva was taking care of the kittens - licked them dry.

I sat there waiting for more kittens to come for many hours that evening.
But then I understood the rest of her huge sized belly was food - alot of food.
The babies were hungry, but Stella was not interested - she was confused and in pain.

So it was nothing else to do, than bottlefeed the babies, and hope Stella came in better toughts.
Stella didn't, insted she tried to adopt Fantasy,Mocha ,Cookie and Jesse.

The days went by, and we were waiting for Pepsi to give birth to her babies as well.
Both Pepsi and Ziva took so good care of Stellas twins.

Around 5 days after the birth, i noticed the babies did not want to have goat milk. Hmmm ! They didn't seem sick in any way.
Guess, what? Ziva had started to produce milk. My heart just smeltet. Ziva is  such a sweet and loving cat , has always taken care of all babies since she moved in here, but never produced milk before.

The day after  , Pepsi started with her contractions, and who wanted to help her  as well ?

After the birth was over - I had two very happy and proud mommies in the kitchen. One gave birth, the other adopted. Nature is full of love and surprises.

Ziva and Pepsi are taking so good care of all the babies together.


The babies are now 3 and 4 weeks old , and it is about time to update my blog.

We have 2 girls and 3 boys in the litters.
